Disappointing Experience
I recently stayed at this apartment with my wife and our young baby, and unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. We specifically chose this accommodation because it was listed as having heating, which was crucial for us during our stay.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a cold apartment and informed that there was no heating available. This left us in a very uncomfortable situation, forcing my wife and baby to confine themselves to the bedroom just to keep warm.
After two days of enduring the cold, we finally received a small portable heater. We hoped this would help warm up the living area that had been chilly for so long. However, shortly after turning it on, we were contacted by the agency with an unsettling message: the landlord was monitoring the apartment's temperature and warned us that continued use of the heater could result in additional costs. It felt as if the landlord prioritised saving money over the well-being of their guests.
On a positive note, the apartment itself is quite nice, well-located, and professionally cleaned. However, the lack of adequate heating and the landlord's concerning approach overshadowed these positives. I would recommend potential guests to consider this before booking.
