La Cour des Dames is a spacious apartment, located in the historic heart of Rennes, hyper-central and yet, quiet! Recently renovated, it has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 2, and can comfortably accommodate 4 travelers.

The accommodation, with a surface area of 70m2, located on the ground floor, has :
- a large living room with television and dining table
- a fully equipped kitchen with traditional oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, induction cooker and dishwasher
- a bathroom with hair dryer
- two bedrooms in a row, the first with a 160cm wide bed and a work space, the second with a 140cm wide bed
- an interior courtyard with seating for 3 people and a table for two people
Wifi is free.

By staying at Dame de Coeur, you are in the heart of the historical center of Rennes: cobblestone streets, half-timbered houses, Saint Peter's cathedral, rue de la Monnaie et du Chapitre, Hotel de Ville, place des Lices (with its Saturday morning market), place Sainte Anne, place du Parlement de Bretagne. The oldest house in Rennes is right next to the apartment. Perfectly renovated and maintained, the area is very pleasant and close to all shops, restaurants and bars, concert halls (opera, TNB, Liberté...).

Buses and the metro are 5 minutes away on foot. République or Sainte-Anne station.
Star bicycle station 3 minutes away (Place des Lices).
Paying public parking: parking des Lices. 25 euros per week (present yourself to the guard with your parking ticket and exchange it for a weekly pass).

The Rennes train station is accessible in less than 15 minutes by metro (2 stations).
The airport of Rennes-Saint Jacques is accessible by bus from the République station.

You will be welcomed on site in a personalized way by a person of the Cocoonr agency of Rennes who will present you the accommodation, will answer your questions and will give you the keys.
Sheets and towels of 4/5 star hotel quality are provided, your bed will be made on your arrival. All you have to do is put down your suitcases!
