"The complete facility was closed on Sunday afternoon 15:00, no one on the premises. When we got to the hotel at 15:30, we found that our key cards was not functioning any more and could not get into the building (-3 degrees outside?) I found a person from the kitchen (on the way home) that opened for us, but then we were not able to go out to food because we would not be able to get in again."

"Bodde på Annexet under skidtävlingar i Bollnäs. Perfekt med stora, ljusa hemtrevliga rum. Rikt utrustat kök som var i perfekt skick. Avskilt matrum så mat kan äta när andra diskar/lagar mat utan att störa varandra. Sopsortering. Trevlig värd."
