"We booked the house for four nights. Due to arriving at the house late afternoon we had no option but to stay at the house on the first night. We contacted the owner the following morning to advise home that the property was not fit for letting and cancelled the remaining three days. To be frank, one would not stay at the property even if it was free. The property did not present as advertised - in fact it was the polar opposite. "Beautifully presented property with great amenities and very roomy. The decor was very tastefully done and we loved the personal touches in the house. The house may benefit from a dehumidifer in the bedroom. We would strongly recommend this property as very close to town with wonderful shopping."

"I can’t me back to Waikanae every other year to hang with my family. We always have more family than our house can accommodate so need some extra beds. The Doctors Villa was perfect. A beautiful house and an excellent location close to the beach, golf course, olde bakery and the shops. The house has a beautiful backyard which would be tremendous for bbq’s and outside eating and gatherings. "
