"We throughly enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg! The unit was located in an old church in a very safe location! The unit was clean, cute and cozy! We were in town for a soccer tournament for our daughter with friends. The town has so much to offer with shopping, food, history and entertainment. The host answered all of our questions immediately and was very helpful! "

"The apartment was easy to find and as described with a comfy bed, cozy living room and adequate kitchen we did not need to use.There appeared to be an air mattress in the closet. Yard and deck were very nice and the host even offered to build a fire for us which was kind..but we were out very late dining at INN at Little Washington (reason for our visit). "

"The space was amazing! If I had a question about something, the owners were very quick with responses. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and they provided complimentary waters and orange juice as well! The furniture was nice and it gave us a great area to talk, catch up, and enjoy our weekend. We were in town for a concert, so we did not spend the day in the rental, however, at night we had privacy and could really enjoy each others company. I wouldn’t say this is a...

"It was wonderful to be able to get up in the morning and walk downstairs to get a great cup of coffee to start my day (although a coffee-maker is provided in the apartment as well, so the walk down isn't necessary). Apartment was very pleasant and the parking spot convenient. The only downside is the fact that it is right across the street from the train depot...bring a pair of good earplugs and you'll be good to go."
