We had a fantastic welcome, dined nearby in a world class restaurant serving only local food right in the middle of a vineyard and had breakfast on a terrace in front of a historic chateaux - life rarely gets better!! "A beautiful old building in a pleasant, quiet neighbourhood. The stairs to my room were a minor challenge; steep and narrow. Anyone with even modest mobility or strength issues would have a very hard time getting their luggage (and perhaps even themselves) up and down. My room itself was elegant and spacious. The dining room is tasteful although I found the canned piano music that plays in the evening a little insipid. The breakfast was lovely. The hostess was very agreeable. I would happily...

"The historic home gave everyone their own space and plenty of activities. With loads of character and modern convenience we had everything we needed for a great summer holiday. With the weather being warm the pool was a welcome relief and had naturally warmed up to 23. The location was very central in burgundy and we had some great day trips. Highly recommended."
