"This hotel fit our needs great-the room was very large-with 2 sofas that pulled out into beds, in addition to the king size bed. The hotel is large in size, and some areas were under construction during our stay, but it was still clean and very quiet. Some of the areas (specifically the laundry facility) could be better marked, but not sure if that was due to the construction going on. "Special thanks to Tolgonre for her support excellent service. The hotel is newly renovated and comfortable. The only complaint would be the poor WiFi in our room. To be fair, we were offered another room with better WiFi. Ty e underground covered parking was also a nice feature. "

That said, we were more than disappointed with the service (evenings) which made us leave with “mixed” feelings. I would love to recommend this place but we did not feel “welcome”. "This was a great stay. We booked for the area and spa. Did not disappoint. Spa was very large and well appointed and attended. Room was amazing and spacious. Staff was excellent and made every effort to ensure we had anything we could possibly want. If I had to say anything less than great it would be the hours of the spa do not match the website and close early. "
