"We love our stay at the hotel within the French border (travel with friends and family). t is few minutes walk to the tram stop that enable us to discover different parts of Switzerland. We love that there's a kitchen that we can cook food (with cutleries,plates,pots and pan) to help us save money (prices of food and everything are so high). The room is large for the party of 4. The shower is nice (with bath),enough space for storage. The bed is comfortable enough. The kids love the swimming...

"This was a great experience. I really liked the downtown area, how easy check-in was, the bed, and my bathroom. Two things I missed were a worktable (the tiny kitchen table was too small) and a bed stand. "

"One of the best Pullman hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Not only it’s very central, they provide you with free public transport for your stay (apparently a lot of hotels in Basel do this), their service was warm and friendly, they provide you with bottles of still and sparkling water! Also memory foam pillows! Which was what I needed after a long day! "

"Thank you for your hospitality. The entire staff was so friendly. This hotel is so beautiful and our view was amazing. We highly recommend it. The location is great, walking distance from everything. If we come back to Basel we will be staying here again. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and memorable. "
