Disappointing experience
After three days of trying to contact the property manager numerous times about the check in process, we sat at the property for an hour while we contacted VRBO. We were finally able to get into the apartment, but lost limited time of our trip while waiting. Problems include: No WIFI; a wide stairway with no handrail; two circular stairways with broken, rickety steps; the ceiling is very sloped and we hit our heads several times- it’s so sloped in the bathroom, that the man could not stand up to pee; the shower was extremely slippery and there was no shower curtain, causing a wet floor that was also very slippery. I would not recommend this property- especially for any older guests or any with even a little bit of limited mobility.
