Welcome to one of Lys'Appart's accommodations!

A stone's throw from the Cathedral, very pleasant Type 3 in the heart of the city center. … 🌹a great experience awaits you!

Located set back in a private residential passage, overlooking a very quiet street, with one-way traffic.

In a building without a lift, it is located on the 1st of the 3 floors, so you will not be in the attic.

It does not meet the optimal conditions to accommodate people with disabilities or reduced mobility.

The accommodation includes 2 bedrooms with dressing room, living room dining room, a fully equipped American kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, toaster, traditional filter coffee maker, new electric kettle ...), a bathroom with large shower, washing machine.

There are 7 beds in beds, 2 beds in sofa beds:
- 2 double beds (including a king-size bed)
- 3 single beds
- 1 double sofa bed....or 9 places.

On request when booking, I have a playpen and a high chair for babies. Don't forget to bring the bed linen your baby is used to 😉

White sheets, pillows, duvets and a bath towel per traveler are provided.
In order to save you this task, and for your comfort, the beds will be made upon your arrival! 👍

The windows are double glazed with curtains and shutters.
The general thermostat can now be adjusted directly by travelers.

You are less than a minute's walk from all the activities in the city center. Public transport is 30 seconds from the apartment and will take you across the city.

Ideal apartment for couples, business travelers, families (with or without children) and large groups.

You have internet, HD digital TV by optical fiber > 100MB. The television is wall-mounted and is 48 inches or 121cm.

You will be in a very quiet residential area, quiet that travelers must also respect out of respect for the neighborhood.

Nadange is the perfect hostess. Super attentive and great at communicating. The apartment was spotless and right in the middle of Reims. Perfect location! The only problem were the neighbors. I don't know if they were moving because they made a lot of noise. Aside from that, everything was perfect.

Do not hesitate to book this apartment. The accommodations were lovely -spacious and clean. And very, very convenient to all that Reims has to offer. Centrally located to the town Square and Cathedral. And less than 10 minute walk to the train station. Will be coming back again!

A nice, clean suite in a perfect location!
This suite is as advertised. In an older building but very clean and well kept. You could not beat the location! Truly steps to the cathedral and tons of shopping/restaurants. The master bedroom bed is a little low and against a wall on one side. You'll need to have your own soap and food as there were no amenities provided. There was wine, beer and champagne in the fridge for purchase. The living room is spacious, with a smart TV. Overall an excellent place to stay while in Reims.

Streamlined elegance with an amazing location
This apartment is absolutely perfect for groups interested in experiencing the life of Reims. It really is right next to the cathedral, and it is also well located close to the main shopping/dining district, just a short walk from the main train station. The apartment has a nice bedroom for two, a second bedroom with bunk accommodations for five, an elegant living/dining room with a streamlined aesthetic, and nicely appointed kitchen and bathroom areas, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The host was friendly, punctual, and good about communicating. My friends and I loved our time in this Reims apartment, and we recommend it enthusiastically to others.
