Es gab Probleme beim Check-In, da zunächst ein falscher Schlüsselbox-Code genannt wurde. Die Hausverwaltung war insgesamt telefonisch schlecht erreichbar, ich wurde mehrmals aus der "Warteschlange" gekickt. Das muss sich verbessern."

Oberflächlich war auch gereinigt worden, aber eine intensive Grundreinigung plus Wartung hätte gut getan: Die Treppe zur Wohnungstür wurde wohl seit Wochen nicht mehr gekehrt, das Glasgeländer im Dachgeschoß hatte einen deutlichen Belag, Fingertapser auf Toaster usw..
