"The hotel was a little walk from downtown, but I felt comfortable walking through the neighborhoods at night. It was very easy to walk from the train station to the hotel and then from the hotel to downtown Villach. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful; the manager was positively the best. She gave me great recommendations and was very quick in responding to my emails. My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to meet her to thank her in person. "

"Wow and wow and again wow!! The best hotel I have ever been to. We were with our 2 children and everyone had a great time. A hotel that is simply a paradise for children. We will definitely go back there again! Delicious food especially in the morning and evening, kind and excellent service, a great indoor pool, a playground for all ages, there is always something to do and many attractions near the hotel or within a short drive. We had an extraordinary experience! Highly recommend!"

"Hotel City is ideal for a short or extended stay in Villach. Courteous and friendly staff, comfortable rooms and excellent staff. A great breakfast is included in price. Location couldn’t be better-across square from railway station, beside bus terminal and convenient to centre of town which is only a few minutes stroll. Highly recommended "

"Fabulous centrally-located hotel that served us well as a family during a rail trip across mainland Europe. Great breakfast buffet too. Only snag was that we were given a wrong room on check in but this was immediately resolved. "

We loved the adjoining-rooms and balconies giving us plenty of space. Carinthia is a a brilliant place for a family summer holiday and Bad Kleinkirchheim is the perfect base from which to explore. The Kärnten Card can be bought at the hotel and is a must-have for families. My children said “You have to give it 4 stars. Everything there is great. The kind people who work there, the beds, the scenery. Everything is amazing!”"
