Renovated Condo Near Outlets, 3.5 Miles to the Beach

Enjoy your stay in this recently renovated and beautifully furnished 3rd-floor 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo conveniently located 3.5 miles from downtown Rehoboth Beach and 4.5 miles from Lewes . The proximity to the beaches, stores, outlets, and restaurants makes this condo a great spot for families, couples, and groups of friends.
Our condo amenities include community pool*, free parking and WiFi, washer, and dryer.
We supply all the sheets and towels for your stay.
The Space:
The condo is a top-floor unit(3rd floor)**with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a platform queen-sized bed, USB charger port lamps, a full-size mirror, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a bathtub.
The guest room has a metal bunk bed, twin over queen, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with an oven, a four-burner electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, colander, cutting boards, set of sharp knives, glasses, wine glasses, wine opener, fully stocked spice shelf, coffee, and tea are available for your use.
The living/dining area has a six-top dining table and chairs, a sofa, and a smart TV with cable.
Laundry room with stacked washer and dryer, iron and ironing board stocked with liquid detergent, and dryer sheets.
The condo is NOT fragrance-free, we use scented cleaning products and detergents.
Given that it's a top-floor unit, during the high-humidity months, the lowest available AC setting is 70 degrees.

*The pool opens on Memorial Day and closes on Labor Day.
** There is no elevator in the building

We loved our short stay at this property. It was the cleanest and the best stocked place we have ever stayed. Only 10 min drive from the beach, close to the outlets and grocery stores. We will definitely book again!

Wonderful Stay

Perfect vacation rental
The property was centrally located to any + all activities Rehoboth/Lewes/Dewey Beach have to offer. It was a top floor condo in a quiet community w everything one would need to have a relaxing stay. The property was clean + comfortable, w the perfect amount of room for 2-4 people. Hosts were prompt, accommodating, + very kind. Excellent option for the price in the area, will definitely be booking again next time we’re in town.

Great Place!
My friend and I loved the accommodations! Zoltan was a great host, whenever I emailed he responded right away. The location of the condo is right off costal highway and it was very close to Rehoboth, outlets and grocery stores. The condo was fully stocked with coffee and very clean!!!! I would definitely stay again!

Fabulous home in a great location
We were in town for a lacrosse tournament. The house was beautiful and perfect location for us with so much to see and do in the area. With fantastic guidance and recommendations from the homeowners we were not overwhelmed with decisions. Would highly recommend!

Great Spot!
This was the most well stocked Vrbo I’ve ever stayed at. It has everything you need (beach towels, beach chairs, coffee, snacks, games/toys for kids, etc.) all the extra that a lot of places don’t provide really allows you to enjoy your vacation and not worry about running out to pick up stuff. The place was perfectly clean. Really couldn’t ask for more!

Friends Winter Getaway
This condo is at a great location. We were absolutely impressed with how the place was stocked with everything we needed. Owners reached out to see if we were satisfied with everything. Mostly impressed with how clean the condo was ,looked like it was hardly lived in, so yes we were very satisfied with our stay, certainly hope we can stay again.The owners are wonderful.

Great condo in Rehoboth
The property was fresh, clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed with plenty of fresh towels, sheets, cleaning supplies, and kitchenware. The location is right off of the Coastal Highway (little bit of traffic noise, but windows are well insulated and screened-in balcony patio is a plus) and 20 minutes from the Lewes, Henlopen, and Rehoboth beaches. The property owner, Zoltan, was friendly and responsive and I really look forward to visiting again!

Definitely book this condo!
The owners have taken great care decorating this condo. It is beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. I cannot think of anything that is missing or anything you could forget to bring that is not here for you. Good location to get to stores, shops and beach.
