Rehoboth Beach - New 5BR In Town w/Pool and Theater-Sleeps 12

This beautiful new home is being offered for the first time in summer 2022! This open-concept design home has it all: great room with vaulted ceiling; 5 bedrooms each with a private bathroom; 3 half baths; a fully equipped cook's kitchen with upscale appliances and finishes; 2 dedicated work spaces; washer/dryer; screened porch; a movie screening room; and, a game room with pool table, foosball, wet bar. A dramatic, custom-designed staircase connects all 3 levels of the home. Parking for 6 cars (4 in the driveway + 2 parking passes).

The showpiece of the home, however, is its new, large, in-ground, salt-water swimming pool in a sunny yard. The pagoda overlooking the pool includes seating area. Half bath adjacent to pool and yard area. There's a grill and an outdoor shower too. Plus a sizable lawn.

All this on a quiet south Rehoboth street and an easy walk to the beach and into town to restaurants and shopping.

***Note about the pool:
1. Pool is open from May 1 through September 30.
2. Pool may be heated for an additional charge of $400.00 per week or, $100 per day for stays less than 7 nights.

Terrific beach house!
My extended family of 7 adults and 4 kids absolutely loved this place. Clean and new, with a fabulous gourmet kitchen and plenty of room for everyone. I love that every single bedroom has its own bathroom! The location is perfect; quiet residential neighborhood but convenient to the beach and the main drag. And the saltwater pool was a big hit (no chlorine!). Lots of amenities (movie room, foosball table, etc.). My family is already planning for next year!

Best of Class - New Rehoboth
Having visited Rehoboh for the last 60 years our recent family stay (adult kids and grandchild) had the pleasure of staying at this property. From the pictures was won over, but the property in real life was even more spectacular. Modern with every comfort and highest quality furnishings, beds and baths. six flat screens, complete kitchen and high end appliances. The pool-perfect, and the icing on this property was an amazing Property Manager whose communication and care in preparing and checking on the property was as the title says...best of class. Even with the Tropical Storm, our visit to Rehoboth was once of the best. Don't miss this.

Absolutely amazing
As soon as we saw the saw the pictures of this house we were excited for this trip. We’ll, the pictures didn’t do the house justice. The house itself is stunning, everything was incredibly clean when we arrived, and Michael, the host, was so easy to reach and talk to for any questions we had. Absolutely 5/5 would stay again

It was a great property for our group of friends! Craig the property manager was awesome and provided solid communication and support throughout. He went the extra mile to help us with a table for an outside dinner we arranged. The house and outside area were meticulous. The house was stocked with everything you could need. Neighbors were quiet. We already booked for next year.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful vacation property!
We had a wonderful vacation at this property in mid-Sept 2022. The house, appliances and furnishing are all new, modern and clean. Well laid out and beautifully decorated. Great outdoor pool & lounge area. Nice theater room in basement A short walk to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Michael (host) is very attentive and promptly responds to questions or needs. Will certainly consider this location for future vacations.

Terrific house and location!
The house is really nicely decorated and finished. Great bedrooms, all with baths. The kitchen is gorgeous, and the pool and home theatre are huge bonuses. Great location, too.
