About this property

Cape Suites Room 7 - Free Parking!

This 3rd Floor Middle Suite was completely renovated in 2022. It features a

new bathroom with a tile and glass shower. We have brand new mattresses and

all new linens. The suite has been painted, local art work has been added and

the second room has been converted into a sitting room. A Murphy bed was

installed that when not in use converts to a sofa. All new A/V equipment has

been added. We have provided a small refrigerator and microwave, ice bucket,

and Keurig coffee maker (complete with a complimentary starter set of K cups).



This suite overlooks one of the most popular streets in downtown Rehoboth

Beach, Baltimore Avenue! You will also have access to an ice maker on the

first level, sand wash station, beach chairs, 2 beach towels, access to a

laundry room (no coins or cards needed! We provide detergent, too), and one

parking space on site.



From your suite, you are just steps away from the center of Rehoboth Beach!



Please be advised that there is No Elevator on site.



Housekeeping is available on stays longer than 3 days.



Bring a Pack and Play, if needed.



One standard parking space included with reservation, for larger vehicles

SUVs, Vans, etc. use of the Park and Ride is suggested or a parking permit is

available for purchase at the city kiosks during the summer months.

Great stay
Very good experience at Cape Suites. Jill was very responsive, the space was clean and comfortable. Can't beat the location; it's close to everything that we love in Rehoboth. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay. The balcony was awesome to sit out on and people watch. Quiet and very convenient for being in walking distance to the beach! Will stay here again! The only issue was parking being alittle tight if people do not park correctly.

Excellent location and beautiful facility
The room was a perfect place for a short vacation. The location was close to the beach and walking to shopping and eating areas. My one suggestion would be to check the AC because there was strong musty smell coming out that lingered in the room. We used a room spray we bought to take care of it but the smell came back apparently from the AC. Other than that, it was.a perfect spot!

Comfy room right in the middle of all the best downtown action
Clean, comfy, quiet room. Just a street away from the main drag and just a few blocks from the beach. The room is really good. The only negative is the parking spaces - they are very tiny. They really need to redraw the lines it appears they have the room to make the spaces a bit bigger. If you have a mid/large SUV or a truck you are going to struggle to move in that parking lot and you won’t fit into one of the drawn spots.
