I didn't coin that phrase myself but saw it in a newspaper - referring to the wonderfully central Baltimore Avenue location that this beach house has. Location, location, location. I parked my car in the driveway and didn't move it for the entire two weeks! Everything is accessible on foot or, for a l bit of exercise and going further afield, there is a bike rental shop directly across the street. The photos in the listing are 100% accurate - lovely furniture and furnishings and the house sleeps 10, as advertised. We were a family group of 5 adults and 3 very small tots and the house worked perfectly. There is a lovely backyard area with seating and a gas grill that becomes, in effect, another room. The famous Lingos, the Rehoboth grocery store that has been there for decades, is on the corner and a small branch store is even closer. Restaurants and shops galore, the post office around the corner, Funland amusement park for kids about 7-8 minutes away on FOOT! When I arrived the disposer was acting up and I texted the extremely responsive owner who was at the house within the hour. Now, that is customer service. Can't wait to rebook for next summer.
