This large beautiful family home in the first ocean block is available for rent for the first time beginning July 6. Located on a quiet street, this historic North Rehoboth home is literally just a 2.5 minute easy walk to the beach and an easy stroll to tennis and pickle courts, tot lot, boardwalk, town - shopping and fine dining. The spacious enclosed wrap around porch is the heart of the house with space for everyone to come together or spread out. A big family dining room with wet bar and ice maker, is perfect for meals and entertaining.

Additional features: outdoor shower, two decks for dining and sun and fully fenced back yard. WiFi and 56” and 55” and 24” smart TVs, central AC/heat, washer & dryer, Keureg coffeemaker, microwave, double oven, 2 full size refrigerators, dishwasher. Valet trash service.

One downstairs bedroom and four up. As in many historic homes, the stairs are steep. Note the master bedroom is upstairs and includes bunkbeds that a large group might find very convenient. Each bed comes with a mattress pad, bedspread, pillows, and blanket. **Please note: Guests are expected to bring/rent their own sheets, bath towels, and beach towels.

This is a pet-friendly home, but limited to one dog.

Parking is a premium near the beach. The off-street driveway can accommodate two cars and the owner is providing/lending two on-street parking passes for guest use during their stay for no additional cost.

A beautiful, comfortable house half a block from the beach!
We adored the wrap-around porch (all glass-enclosed so air-conditioned and bright). The beach (with life guard) is pristine and less than a 5 minute walk away. We also loved biking in the area. Another bonus is great restaurants that are walkable (our favorites were Drift, Back Porch and Claws). The busy main drag is a short walk from the house, but the house itself is on a very quiet, peaceful street. A perfect getaway!

Beautiful house & close to beach access
This house was perfect! A nice size with lots of bedrooms, perfect for a big family. It was also helpful they are pet friendly, because we had to bring our dog along. Very close proximity to beach access and the boardwalk, easily walkable, even for older folks. Would stay here again!

Perfect rental, gorgeous old home on a quiet and pretty beach block street, 10 minutes along the boardwalk to the heart of downtown Rehoboth. So quiet and peaceful yet so close. 3 minute walk to the beach with a lifeguard right there. An expansive wraparound porch on the main floor. Clean and well-stocked. We loved it!!

Weekend Beach Stay
This weekend stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful and fit everyone comfortably. Short walk to the beach and short drive to other attractions. Definitely will consider this property an option for vacations in the future. Thank you again for having us.
