A very nice quiet place. i came for the New Year's Eve as i had been to Dewey beach last year as well. They had some fireworks and a small celebration. Liked: - Clean Rooms - Spacious and Comfortable - Digital Key (Loved it!). - check in / check out - super! - Didn't use but nice to know the room has fridge, microwave and utencils - Welcome kit - two bottles of water, pretzels and Protein Bar - Simple, but good breakfast Improvement Needed: - Unfortunately, the staff at the reception didn't know anything about the area, let alone events happening there. Didn't know about food options out there. All she told was there's Nocola's Pizza. - no New Year Spirit found in the restaurant - i fell welcomed in other hotels (Hyatt, Marriott) - didn't realize, a warm welcome would matter that much

We love this hotel! Third time staying in 4 years(the other year we didn't come to Delaware, so it's not that we stayed somewhere else). The facility is always clean and neat, the included breakfast is extensive, the gym has well maintained equipment, and the location is easy access.
