Welcome to The Palms, your serene beach getaway for 2024! This spacious end-unit 3BR/2BA condo boasts a tranquil lagoon and community pool views. With comfortable memory foam mattresses, the master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, and the 3rd bedroom has one queen bed. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV (bring your logins for your favorite steaming platforms), dresser, closet, and ceiling fan. And, updated patio furniture to comfortably enjoy your afternoon Spritz!

Prepare meals in the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and enjoy dining in the separate dining area for 6 or on the screened-in porch with seating for 4. Relax in the living area with a couch, loveseat, and chair, with a 55" flat screen Smart TV.

Longer-term stays are considered during the months of October - April. Inquire for pricing.

The Palms is conveniently located near Delaware beaches, offering easy access to tax-free shopping at Tanger Outlets and great restaurants. It's also just a short drive or bike ride to the beach.

Important: Please note that smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. This unit is on the second floor and requires stairs, no elevator. Fireplace is not operational, decorative only. Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. As our guest, you'll receive one pool pass for use of the community pool. The condo complex enforces a noise ordinance with quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM. Third-party bookings are not accepted, the primary renter must be present during the entire stay. Had a great stay here with family and friends. Very clean, well decorated and plenty of supplies like beach chairs and kitchen tools. Loved the screened in outdoor seating area. Great location near the outlets, restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is great. It was very nice to have room darkening shades, a sleep sound machine, and power usb strip in every bedroom. The mattresses and pillows were very comfy too. Pool was nice. I would def stay here again.

Wonderful Stay at The Palms
We have stayed near Rehoboth Beach for the last three years but this was our first year at The Palms. It was a great stay. The condo was clean and well appointed. The pool was great and easy to access. We were close to everything, the beaches, shopping and restaurants. Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay, it was comfortable and homey. I felt it needed a deep cleaning, family members said there was a smell, but I attribute it to not opening the windows for some fresh air.

Just what we needed
The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and the condo was close to everything even though the street is very busy at times. The host was very response and explained the process to us as we had never booked through Vrbo before. The only thing that could have made it better for us would have been access to a grill.

Girls' Weekend Shopping Trip
The place was a great location for shopping at the outlets and convenient to downtown Rehoboth. Very clean and cozy. Although we didn't spend a ton of time in the rental it was nice to come back and relax before heading out to dinner and shopping. Would definitely stay there again. Great communication and response from the host. Would recommend for a stay in the off season. Reasonably priced, well appointed, it was the perfect spot for a girls trip. Rehoboth was busy with a marathon and Santa Stroll going on downtown. It was so festive and fun!

Great stay
We were in town for a baseball tournament nearby and since we are a family of 5, we decided to forego the hotel rooms and stay here. Best decision. The condo was very comfortable, clean and spacious. We enjoyed having everything (restaurants and shopping) nearby for when we didn’t have games. The drive to the baseball complex was quick and easy. We’ll be back in town July for another tournament and if the place was available we would have booked a second time. Brian was responsive and accommodating.

The owner was very responsive to our questions. The owner book was missing which would have been helpful trying to find places to visit and eat., and figure out the remotes .The owner did send me the book by email. The first night the bedding had a peculiar smell not sure why. The property was fine. Not the cleanest place. The walls in the bedroom were very dusty but the rest of the property was clean enough. Plenty of room for our group

So bad we left after 1 night
This was one of the worst rental experiences we’ve ever had. The unit itself was clean and fairly well stocked but there is a significant issue with the neighbors. It was a known issue with the neighbors in the upper unit which you can see in a prior review and which was acknowledged by the property manager who gave us our money back the next day after a night of pure hell where we got ZERO sleep after a very long day of travel due to the losers above us. Aside from the sheer ignorance of the individuals it is alarming how poorly constructed this property was that made the noise so problematic. I will give 2 stars based on the cleanliness and for the fact that the property manager agreed to refund us and for acknowledging the issue and the fact that it’s been an issue for some time. There are so many places to stay in the area that I’d urge you to look elsewhere.

My family stayed in two different condos in the Palms. This unit was updated with all amenities and beautifully furnished. The access to the pool was great. We ended up having a family day by the pool and it was wonderful! I would highly recommend this property.

The unit was perfect!!! Very clean with plenty of parking. While it wasn't on the beach the pool area was great and well maintained. The location was close to great restaurants, outlet shopping and anything you could have wanted. There were a few really nice touches...The towels and bedding smelled like Downy and there were lots of cleaning supplies. Another great touch was a full spice rack. I would highly recommend and if I was in the area definitely stay again. Thanks Brian!!!

The property was close to beach, close to outlets, beautifully decorated, beds were comfy, the screened in porch was perfect, the kitchen was stocked, no shortage of supplies, towels and linens were great!! The only thing we would change would be the neighbors upstairs. :)
