Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood between Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach, this home was built in June 2022 and is ready to host your next family vacation. Make a splash in your brand-new private pool, rejuvenate in the hot tub, then grill out beside the pool on the patio. End each vacation day gathered around the flickering firepit.

Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully appointed interior with all the comforts of home - including central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a sparkling full kitchen.

THINGS TO KNOW
The pool and hot tub are open from April 1 to November 1.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Stay away from this property!!! Horribly maintained and the owner does not care!
I will never ever stay at this property again after seeing firsthand how little care was put into maintaining it. The place smelled really bad, the pool and spa were broken and fire alarms went off two days in a row! The owner apparently does not care to fix anything! Pros: Location is great -super close to the beach qnd right next to Coastal Highway. Home is beautifully designed. Conveniently offers beach equipment (chairs, wagon). Cons: horribly maintained. The whole house smelled like wet dog. The filters in the fridge and AC had alerts that they needed to be replaced. Carpets looked like they had been soiled multiple times. Pool and spa pump was broken when we arrived. When the pool company came to do regular maintenance, they left it on service mode and rudely told me their boss is “short on time and patience so I’ll have to wait” for someone to come fix it. Pump wasn’t fixed until late afternoon my last day there. Best of all, all of the fire alarms needed replacing and went off at 3am and again at 4pm the next day. We did not get any sleep. Worst place ever.

This property is large, clean, convenient and beautiful in a nice, quiet area. The hot tub and pool were very enjoyable. We were able to bike to the boardwalk, bars and restaurants. It was a really great stay.

Great house for two families
We had a great off-season stay! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked! My son and brother ran the Rehoboth marathon so our only wish was the hot tub had been on for the weekend for a post-race soak!

Gorgeous House
House is beautiful. About a 15 minute walk to all the popular bars. 10 minute walk to the beach. Would highly recommend if you’re coming with friends or family.
