The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked, as well as being very quiet in spite of being so close to the road into Rehoboth. The communication and reminders were great. My one minor suggestion is to get a small saucepan or even a tea kettle for us tea lovers!

Perfect Beach Getaway Spot
Couldn’t have been more delighted with this house!! It was an easy walk to everything on Rehoboth Avenue and conveniently located in a quiet little complex. The house itself was appointed with everything you could need to live comfortably away from home. Will definitely try to rent this again with a group of friends/family. What a gem!!

Everything was terrific! The only less than perfect item was that it's over a mile to the beach. That's not a bad walk, except when loaded down with chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. Driving made more sense, but parking in Rehoboth is crazy!

Great location! Very Spacious
Great place to stay. It was very spacious. Nice location about 15 minute walk from the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing to note is you need to bring your own linens and also shampoo/conditioner.

We enjoyed our short stay at Beachy Keen. We were able to walk to restaurants, the beach and boardwalk. The place is spacious and very clean. It was a great set up for my family of 5 and dog.

Great home that has easy access to both the beaches, shops, restaurants and the businesses on Coastal highway! The home allows enough space for time together and a chance to have quiet time too if one desired. The home is clean and well equipped.

Bachelorette Weekend
What a lovely home!! This four bedroom house is located just a few blocks away from the boardwalk and great shopping and dining. We had more than enough room for our low key bachelorette weekend and everyone enjoyed their time. If you’re looking for a place to stay In Rehoboth Beach, I can’t recommend Beachy Keen enough!

Great place and great location
We had a great weekend getaway. We were pleasantly surprised at how close the beach was to the property. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen was well equipped if you plan on making meals during your stay. Also, Doug was great to deal with and replied back quickly on all inquires. Highly recommend!

Close enough but far away enough
This property was perfect!!! Close enough to walk everywhere downtown in Rehoboth, restaurants, bars, shopping. But yet not far enough from the crazy traffic rehoboth has. Clean, and perfectly equipped. Will definitely stay here again!!

two families for the long weekend
a family of 5 (4 people and a dog) and another family of 4. House was perfect. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for 8 people and the location made a huge difference in our stay. We have been to rehoboth before, but never this close to the shops and what not. Being closer to everything and spending less time in traffic was a game changer. Looking forward to staying again next year.

Another perfect stay for families
This is my second stay at Beachy Keen in less than a year. This time I wanted to come back in the summer with a friend and her family. We both have young children. The house was again very clean. We all enjoyed being close to the beach and during the stormy days, didn't mind staying home and playing the games they had. There was plenty of space to spread out so some of us could hang out in the living room/kitchen area or have quiet time in the bedroom. We made all our meals in the well equipped kitchen and, this time, tried out the grill, which was in excellent condition and made for some delicious grilled chicken and veggies. My friend and I really enjoyed our trip and would love to come back again!

Unexpected summer break
My husband, dog and I wanted a close to DC impromptu vacation. This place more than delivered. It was wicked clean. Since Covid I travel with Clorox wipes and not a smidge of dust came up when I went over surfaces. Also, the pictures were accurate and there is more than ample room for a larger family. I experienced the mattress as being on the extra firm side, so recommend bringing a mattress pad or light topper with you if need cushioning to avoid pressure points. The kitchen is fully stocked including kcups. Also the AC is strong and effective. It is within a couple of blocks of restaurants and about 1 mile to the beach. If you travel with a dog and hadn’t really researched, please know that dogs are not allowed on most DE beaches during high season. But Henelopen state park and other state parks allow dogs, as well as Lewes beach before 8 and after 6 during high season. Internet speed was decent so could be an alternate work location for someone. Would totally return. Finally Doug was responsive and clearly communicated.

So many bathrooms!
Everyone having their own bathroom makes a beach house vacation so much more pleasant than it would be if folks have to cram their makeup, toiletries, etc. onto the surfaces of a shared bathroom. Also, the huge, well-equipped kitchen and living room are the perfect setting for making meals and hanging out for relaxed conversations.

This was our second time staying here and hopefully not the last! We are a group of college friends and this rental could not be any more perfect for us. We love that there are plenty of beds and bathrooms, and a large kitchen/dining/living room where we can all comfortably gather. I have stayed in MANY beach rentals (mostly in NJ) and this is BY FAR the most well-equipped one. The amenities are endless. Most Importantly, the home is impeccably clean. And the location is terrific if you’re okay with walking a bit. Very highly recommend!

We had a wonderful extended weekend in Rehoboth at Beachy Keen. The owners were great to work with and the house was perfect for our family, friends, and our furry pet. The house description on vrbo was accurate which helped us pack and prepare for our trip. Our trip was topped off with gorgeous weather for October!
