CAN'T BEAT THIS VACATION RENTAL FOR LOCATION AND PRICE . . . AND IT'S DOG FRIENDLY! This Sweet spot at the beach is AFFORDABLE and so close to everything! This is the perfect little vacation home for your Rehoboth Beach vacation at any time of year! 2 BR, 2 BA condo is located in beautiful Grande at Canal Point, which offers 2 pools, fitness center, tennis courts, clubhouse and playground for the kids... and it's all within biking (and even walking distance, to the beach, boardwalk and downtown Rehoboth Beach. You can even hop on the nearby bike trail which can take you to historic Lewes, the Cape Henlopen State Park or the Gordon's Pond State Park. What fun you will have bringing your furry best friend to the beach... Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a minimum $300 pet fee. (ask about fees and restrictions.) 'You'll find all the conveniences you need in the condo... W/D, DW, CAC, Keurig coffeemaker, smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows, and even an electric fireplace for off-season stays! Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guest pays a $130.00 cleaning fee for all stays. NO smoking. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quoted amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

Great stay
The condo was exactly as described and it was very spacious for a family of 4. The beaches were easily accessible by bicycles and the area was quiet. We had an issue with the front door and it was quickly handled. The only inconvenience was the check in process which you have to stop at a different location to pick up/drop off the keys.

Family beach week
My husband and I rented this property for a week in late August. We brought our kids 8 and 10 and our dog along. The condo was great! Love convenience of first floor! Very convenient to unload and load the car and also for taking the dog out. The location was great too! A short drive got us to the boardwalk, Rehoboth ave and Gordon’s pond where we could drive on to the beach. And a short drive to the outlets grocery store etc. we used the pool. Couple times but we’re mainly here to enjoy the beach the place was clean and had pretty much everything we need! The only negative was there was construction across the little pond from the patio so morning coffee wasn’t as enjoyable as I expected but that was a very small inconvenience.

A peaceful oasis in Rehobeth
This rental was so well placed for our needs for this trip. I was worried about the distance from the beach but quickly realized how nice it was to be out of the hustle when we needed a break. Having the pool available after a day on the beach on super hot days was a blessing. We traveled with my 10 year old daughter and her friend and they loved it! The unit itself was clean and the modern updated decor were both welcoming and bright. I highly recommend this place for families. The only discrepancy from the description was the second pool. We couldn’t access it with the fob and apparently the older owners get displeased with young children getting too rowdy in the pool. It worked out fine for us though.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was in great condition aside from a scratch on a bedroom closet door that I made the realtor aware upon arrival. The washer and dryer we were told was being replaced, which it was. However was not working during our stay. The pool was clean & convenient. Location to beach and coastal highway was also good.I would stay here again when visiting Delaware.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout of the facility is very well done - Optimum space utilization. The starter supplies were more than adequate. The realty company and owner met our needs well, as the refrigerator was not working. Although we did not enjoy our first night when the fire alarm sounded and everyone had to evacuate the building, I would rent again.
