Welcome to this adorable, ranch-style, single-family home in Dodds Addition South Rehoboth Beach! Conveniently situated between Rehoboth and Dewey, you are just a walk or short drive to either beach these amazing towns have to offer. This is a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything.

Delight yourself with meals alfresco in the screened porch furnished with an eight-person outdoor dining area and a comfortable lounge area. Warm-weather barbecues are ideal, thanks to the gas grill available. Although there is a fenced yard for the doggies, there is no entrance from the home to this area.

Girls Weekend
WE loved the screened in porch, and the spaces for sleeping to accommodate 5 adults with plenty of room. The location in the neighborhood was very quiet and an easy mile walk into town/to the beach. Many delicious restaurants and a variety shops to choose from and close to the Tanger Outlets.

Perfect Porch c
We came for the volleyball tournament and loved having an outdoor shower for post beach clean up The porch was lovely and we enjoyed morning coffee out there and sat late into the night playing cards and enjoying the space. Great place for friends to hang out or families to enjoy a Rehoboth visit

Great screened-in porch
The big screened-in porch in the front is great. Chairs and love seat for lounging, and table and chairs to eat out there too. We spent most of our time when we were at the house out there.

Thank you for sharing your lovely house. Everything was great. Only suggestion is to trim the bush next to stair railing leading up to the porch door, as it made the railing unusable for when my mother visited. (She needs a railing). We worked around it

Anna B on Memorial Day Weekend
The parking on the driveway was key on this busy weekend. The walk to the beach (public access on Chesapeake) was a little farther than we anticipated, but we would do a car drop off/pick up of chairs and cooler. The porch sittin’ was awesome and there were enough pots and pans in the kitchen to get all the meals we had planned made. It was about as clean as we expected a dog-friendly rental to be.

Great location. Amazing porch.
Perfect spot halfway between Dewey and Rehoboth. Walking to the Ave is easy and within 20 mins. Street is quiet and two blocks off the Highway. The porch however is the star of the show for me. Massive and spacious with numerous seating options. When I was at the house, I was out there constantly. We will be staying there again.

Third time here
This is a great neighborhood and a welcoming house. Quiet and off the main streets. Shared living spaces—dining area, living room and screened porch—are big enough that everyone can be included. Furnishings are a little worn and the kitchen tools like knives, cutting boards, etc are the bare minimum, but it’s not a big deal. You’re at the beach.

Excellent GF Getaway Abode!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this amazing home! Where to start? The house was beautiful. Appearance wise, it was cozy, well stocked with supplies and clean. We had everything we needed in the way of linens and gadgets. The beds were comfy. The screen porch, which everyone raves about, is all they say it is! We spent most of our time at the house in the porch! The neighborhood is quiet (what we like!) and we met some pretty amazing people walking dogs! A doable one mile walk to Rehoboth Ave. We had some pretty stellar experiences at the house - aurora borealis and fresh honey - all curtesy of our friendly neighbors! The property managers (Vacasa) - Shout out for the best customer service we have ever had on any house rental (and we have rented in the area before and in other countries!) Vacasa was amazing. Great customer service and responsive. We are already booking for next year!

Nice place and good location
We enjoyed our stay at the Anna B home. Here are the pros and cons of this house: Pros: - Good location, short drive or about 10-15 walk to beach. - Quiet Neighborhood with a couple restaurants in walking distance. - Good layout for our dog and the yard was nice -Linen service worked out great, and we didn't need to bring any sheets for the beds or towels. -Internet connection was good and consistent. We had no issues connecting. Cons: - Small coffee maker, need a full sized one, not one that is essentially fit for a hotel room - Some updates/repairs are needed, like closet doors/handles falling off and the countertops being held on with tape. -The bathrooms are nicely done but the showerheads/fixtures could be updated to match with the other updates. Overall, the home definitely met our needs and we'd consider renting again. The three bedrooms and different options for sleeping worked out well for our family.

Peaceful and Spacious
It was a peaceful street right off Route 1. An easy 5-minute bike ride to the boardwalk and beach (cross the bridge at Silver Lake). The house was clean and spacious for our needs and the backyard was great for having a dog. The screened-in porch with a large dining table and outdoor furniture was perfect for meals, children's play area, and bringing in the bikes at night. I highly recommend this home!

Perfect location
We found this to be perfect location. The neighborhood is quiet and great for morning and evening walks. Also easy to walk to Poodle beach, which was important since we had our dogs with us (Poodle beach allows dogs). Closed side yard was also helpful with the dogs, giving them a nice place to play.
