My wife had left that bag. please send Kirsten our apologies & the hotel management For complaining. It had nothing to do with their service. "Sarah is an absolutely incredible employee for this hotel. Whatever she is earning is not enough. She was everywhere from checking us in, filling up the breakfast bar, and probably even helping clean the rooms.
