Très bien mais: Chambre relativement petite ! Pour un 3 étoiles je m’attendais a plus grand. Isolement moyen, on entend un peu les voisin. Convient parfaitement pour passer une nuit de transit car à 200m de la gare de ratisbonne

Le Star Inn de Ratisbonne m'a décu car la chambre, et surtout la salle de bain, étaient minuscules. A peine pouvait-on s'y mouvoir. Indigne d'un 3 étoiles. Quelle différence si je compare avec l'hôtel Star Inn de Brême où j'ai séjourné il y a quelque temps et dont j'étais très satisfait. Par contre, comme je voyage en train, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, à 200 m de la gare.

We got a room at the top so we had windows in the ceiling so the room was very dark. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but there was a lot of smell from old smoke in the room. Saw that someone had put a plastic bag around the smoke alarm. I went down to the reception and informed them and the girl there asked if the smoke alarm was high up and if I could reach it myself because they had no one who could fix it. They should have offered me a new room as the room smelled a lot of smoke and as there is a safety risk when the smoke alarm was covered. It was also very difficult to get the bags into the elevator when you had parked in the garage because the doors opened in the wrong direction. However, the location of the hotel was good but I will never stay there again

Gefallen hat mir an diesem Hotel durchaus das Perosnal. Sehr nett und freundlich. Außerdem gab es zur Begrüßung ein Flasche Wasser Gratis. Was mir hingegen nicht gefall3n hatvist definitiv die Sauberkeit des Zimmer. Hinter dem Vorhang am Fenster lagen tote Krabbeltiere, die man definitiv beibder Zimmerreinigung hätte finden müssen. Außerdem sah ein Glas zum Zähne putzen aus, als hätte man daraus Rotwein oder Traubensaft getrunken und es nach dem eintrocknen einfach wieder dort hin gestellt. Desweiteren war es sehr unbequem, dass man mit der Fernbedienung den TV zwar ein, aber nicht mehr ausschalten konnte. Als kleine Verbesserungen würde ich kkeine Filzplättchen unter die Stuhlbeine kleben, damit man den Stuhl ohne lärmende Geräusche über den Boden schieben oder ziehen kann.

I always request a quiet room, most hotels do their best, this one gave me a room overlooking the railway. Ordered a pizza and the lad on reception burnt the first one, gave me half the money back, 3.50euro, then brought an Asda smartprice pizza out that probably cost the hotel 1euro.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel
Hotel liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof, daher lieber Zimmer zum Innenhof buchen, diese sind erstaunlich ruhig. Ansonsten gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, auch das Parken in der Tiefgarage ist erstaunlich günstig.

Das StarInn liegt fußläufig zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt von Regensburg. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist passend.
