"The communication with property manager is non-existent. My partner got very sick with COVID the night before our stay but we could not get in touch with property manager. We arrived to a very precarious, old farm road that was flooded. There were no instructions about the route. Inside, the house was about 8C / 40s F. The radiator heaters did not work!! There was a very musty odor. Also a constant beeping coming from somewhere. There were no towels or linens provided, despite not advertising...

AmerstenTag Therme defekt,nur Kaltwasser,wurde am nächsten Tag aber sofort ausgetauscht! Woche später plötzlich kein Fernsehprogramm mehr,Techniker konnte jedoch nicht helfen,müssten Eigentümer kontaktieren,2Tage nichtsgeschehen,von niemandem eine Nachricht erhalten,sind dann schon am 21.05.traurig und wütend vorzeitig abgereist!!"

"We arrived after 9:00PM. There was no toilet paper anywhere in the house AND no shampoo or bar soap or body soap in either of the showers/tub. There was no coffee or creamer. There were no paper towels. There was no dish washing soap AND no disher washer soap. There was no hair blow dryer. There were no instructions for coffee pot, no instructions for washer or dryer. There was not a welcome notebook. We did find a notebook of instructions but it was lacking, very lacking in needed...

"We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was clean, well equipped, and perfectly located for day trips on Langeland. The outdoor area was great for watching the sunset, and even though it is right next to the beach access and a hiking trail, it was very private. The host was very responsive. Highly recommended."

"Schön gelegenes, älteres Haus mit viel Platz für eine große Familie. Ebenes Gelände und kurzer Rasen ums Haus. Einziges Manko: Ein zweites Bad würde dem Haus gut tun. "

"Ein kleines gemütliches , schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenes, Haus. Es ist gut aufgeteilt von den einzelnen Räumen. Die Terrasse ist gerade am Nachmittag von der Sonne verwöhnt . Kritik: Das große Bett ist nur 1,40 breit, für uns Erwachsene zu klein. Einer von uns hat im Etafenbett geschlafen. Es gab keine Geschirrhandtücher, keine Putzlapoen, das Toilettenpapier war sehr knapp bemessen, wir haben uns noch unser eigenes gekauft. Der Tisch im Wohnzimmer ist sehr wackelig. "

"Es war traumhaft. Wunderschönes Haus mit viel Platz für große, unterschiedliche Alter Gruppe. Schöne Gemeinschaftsräume und auch Möglichkeit sich zurückziehen. Das Haus ist sauber und verfügt über alles was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Vielen lieben Dank für schönes Auszeit."

Lobenswert ist die umfangreiche Ausstattung des Ferienhauses mit allen möglichen Utensilien, Spielen, Audio CD etc. Zu bemängeln und verbessern wäre: Außen: Spinnenweben an den Türen und Carport. Fenster und Fensterrahmen außen und teilweise auch innen nicht sauber. Klimaanlage/Wärmepumpe Außeneinheit mit Buschwerk zugewachsen. Innen: Sitzmöbel im Wohnbereich, Polster...

"The property is gorgeous. The surrounding areas to hike are so beautiful. Lego land was fun. I prefer no contact entry but it was nice to talk and check in with the owner. The beds and spot to sleep upstairs are not good for anyone over 5’5 inches you will hit your head. The shower was very small. I would have preferred a detailed check in / check out procedure. The TV did not work. The outside of Denmark was gorgeous. I prefer a little bit more space. Otherwise the place was cute but also a...

"Very average stay. Overpriced for what you get and they charge a lot for sheets and towels. Hotels.com needs to mention in the booking that sheets and towels are not included in the price."

"The rooms are well furnished although a little small. Good closet space for longer stays. The hotel has free coffee,tea and water stations both in the lobby and on the ground floor of the new building. The restaurant serves a great breakfast with fresh fruit, egg varieties, cheeses, and fresh baked bread of high quality. Dinner wasn’t that appealing as the price was quite high. We went downtown for dinner "
