Blue Heron Point is the perfect family getaway (1-2 families) or small group retreat! This place offers everything you need for a great vacation! You can fish or crab off the dock, enjoy delicious food with a view on Main St Reedville, visit wineries and breweries, charter fishing trips or sightseeing cruises to Tangier Island, and relax at Vir-Mar beach, which is nearby and has public access. Hughlett Point Natural Area Preserve, only 24 minutes away, boasts a large public beach worth visiting. Plus, it's pet-friendly, perfect for boating, fishing, swimming, and more!

Two full bathrooms (one with a walk in shower and one with a bath/shower) are also located on this floor. Ascending to the second floor bunkroom (over the garage), you'll discover six twin beds with en suite bathroom, Roku TV and xBox to keep the kids entertained!

KITCHEN & DINING
The vacation rental boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher and a convenient coffee bar area, ensuring that all your culinary needs are met. The dining area features a table for ten providing ample seating for family meals or entertaining guests.

Please note that this is salt water and all waterfront homes in this area, up and down the Coast, will see jellyfish during the summer. The Chesapeake Bay experiences jellyfish from the months of June-August. There is no way to predict how many will be there. Some weeks you will see very few and some more. This can vary depending on the tides, weather, etc.

Pets: Pets are welcome! We allow dogs (no cats - allergy). No breed or weight restrictions. We are pet friendly but only allow pets that are HOUSE BROKEN. Please do not bring your pet if they have not been house trained. This may cause you to incur extra fees for cleaning and/or damage. Please keep your pets on a leash when outside the home.

Events: No parties are allowed.

Smoking: No smoking/vaping in the property.
