"Beautiful property. We went on an afternoon game drive and a morning horse ride. The horse I rode was a well trained thoroughbred with spirit but restrain. I rode up to zebra, impala and wildebeest. One of the most enjoyable rides I’ve ever been on. There is a wide variety of game on the reserve and we were given an excellent tour by a very knowledgeable guide. "Terrible experience. The agent told us YOU did not communicaye our booking and that she never received it. We had to find other accomodation , at exhorbitant prices, because we had no choice. This is the busiest time of the year. Did you communicate my booking. Did she mess it up? Im extremely unsatisfied. We now sit in a little house far away from the sea, at an exorbitantly inflated rate."

"We initially felt unsafe here . This was probably not a fair assessment- it was based on how we felt that day . We did leave the hotel to stay somewhere else as I was feeling anxious.
