"Firstly, we absolutely loved our stay! My husband and I came for an extended weekend to celebrate my birthday and loved the quiet, relaxing, tranquil setting. We spent several hours on the back porch reading and watching the waves crash against the rocks. The neighborhood was quiet and secluded and the host was friendly and communicative and responded quickly. That being said, there were several items we noticed throughout our stay that needed a little TLC and ultimately it’s why I dropped one...

"The property was beautiful. Flowers all around the property were blooming. Hot tub was clean and warm. TV access worked great and it just happened to be the same channels we use at home. There was a generous goodie basket for us with coffee, wine and other goodies. The furniture and bedding were warm and cozy. We had a great visit. Thank you Linda for being a great host."

Overlooking a lake on one side and vineyard on the other we found the location felt like we were at a 5 star resort. The landscaping was professionally finished and peaceful with running water throughout. The hot tub overlooking the lake was very tranquil. "This is a lovely cottage in the heart of the Village of Mendocino. It is within walking distance of all of the community as well as the paths along the headlands. The cottage itself is warm, inviting, and cozy with a generous porch where one can sit and take in the garden or watch the sun go down. The hosts are delightful and engaging. "
