This private home is ideally situated on the first tee of the Challenge Golf Course, a five-minute walk from the Ridge Sports Center, sports courts (basketball and tennis), swimming pool, and sauna. Bike paths connect to all the resort’s amenities, including Niblick & Greene's Restaurant and Bar, Silverleaf Café and Market, golf courses, and sports centers. It also offers easy access to all of central Oregon’s amazing recreational activities that will keep you coming back again and again!

This spacious home is perfect for a family retreat or reunion, with ground floor bedrooms and access to incredible shared amenities, a fully-equipped open kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining area, and Nest climate control. The great room has a huge sectional sofa, a cozy gas fireplace, and a smart TV perfect for movie nights or football games. The back deck is ideal for entertaining, with unobstructed golf course and nature views, a private hot tub, an outdoor dining area with a gas grill, and a retractable sun awning.

The three bedrooms and bunk room (all with TVs), a laundry room, and two full bathrooms await. The main bedroom has access to the deck and its own en-suite full bath with double vanity and a walk-in shower with two showerheads. Two additional private bedrooms are separated by the hall bath, and each has a smart TV and dresser. The separate bunk room is the perfect sleepover hideaway, with two twin bunk beds and a Roku TV. A large second-floor game room/den is equipped with a foosball table and smart TV. A full-sized laundry room, two-car garage, and high-speed internet make the house comfortable and practical - your home away from home for extended family visits.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
