Very nice property with plenty of room for everyone. The living room is one of the nicest we’ve rented on VRBO. Comfortable couch! The kitchen was well-stocked and even had quite a bit of spices available. Loved the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house in great location
We have friends who live in Eagle Crest and we like to be their "neighbors" for a weekend at least once a year. This house was perfect for our family and within walking distance of our friend's house. Beautiful house - we would try to stay here again.

Adequate for a big dog!
We had a great time, and the house was very accommodating. My wife noticed the kitchen knives were very sharp! The condo had a good layout but is showing wear. The one negative we encountered upon arrival was communication with the cleaning person. I was attempting to check my phone for check in rules and instructions on the porch in the shade. The cleaning person arrived at around 3:15 pm, just after we arrived. The cleaning person seemed to assume we were trying to check in and enter the condo before 4 pm. The cleaning person commented to us that they might as well leave, and we could finish the cleaning of the condo ourselves. I responded that we had no intention of entering the condo before 4 pm and that I was only checking my phone in the shade of the porch. The cleaning person, at that point, seemed reluctant to believe me and was very unfriendly, but proceeded to enter the condo and supposedly finish the job.

We stayed here for our daughter’s basketball tournament. It is the third year at Eagle Crest. This unit was the right size and had what we needed for the most part. They did not have any bar soap in the master bath for the shower or upstairs bath either. They did have liquid hand soap available. Both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms had burned out lightbulbs above the mirror which made it a little dark. Plenty of towels and cooking supplies. There was not a blow dryer. I was glad a packed one last minute. The cost seemed fair for what we got. We had a friend in our group that stayed in a similar unit 3 nights instead of our 2, and they only paid about $50 more. Owners were easy to work with and made their instructions clear. Hot tub was clean and enjoyable. Great view of deer from the deck.

Great stay at 818 Golden Escape
We had a wonderful stay at 818 Golden Escape! We couldn't ask for more, with a large group of 8, and two dogs. Very comfortable town-home, peaceful, hot tub was popular, along with the 8 resort passes. Nice being able to take our best friends along (our two dogs). Great location being close to one of the sports centers and a short drive to another. This is a great place for a family vacation, with all the activities available at Eagle Crest. The only issue we had was the sliding glass door to the patio was a little hard to open and close.

Overall good location. Hot tub does not work properly. Called and emailed that the buttons dont work and was told to do a couple of tasks that were vague and unhelpfull. The tv's were all disconnected from the hdmi cables so that took a little sluthing to figure out. Great location Kitchen well stocked Comfortable

Weekend in eagle crest
We had a fun weekend at Eagle Crest Resort. We stayed in a nice condo. It was 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms. Mattresses were ok. The condo had 2 of the bedrooms upstairs and it was noisy when someone was upstairs. The bunk bed room beds were more for kids. Uncomfortable for adults. Hot tub on the deck was nice. We didn’t use bbq. Kitchen was very well stocked and roomy. All the rooms had tvs that was awesome. Condo/home had a lot of games. It was super nice to have the 8 passes, we enjoyed the pools.

Great location for taking in the Eagle Crest resort. Within walking distance of the Ridge Rec Center and golf courses. House worked well for us and nice to have TV’s in each bedroom. Hot tub was nice to have at the house. Kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. We liked the big table for eating and playing games.

Great time with the Family
We thoroughly enjoyed our time! House was clean and well cared for. Hot tub was perfect for evening dips and conversation. Our only complaint was we did not find a shallow sheet pan, but we made do with a flat cookie sheet. However, we forgot our coffee grinder and were pleasantly surprised to find one. We loved the puzzles! Overall a fantastic time! Thank you again!

Family Stay for Wedding
The property was exactly like it was described. It was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with necessary items. It was great to have a frig with filtered water, saved from buying water. It was also very nice to have beach towels provided. We loved being able to use the outdoor pool with the provided guest passes. The neighborhood was quiet and a close walk down to the play structure. Would definitely stay here again.

Great girls weekend
This was a great location for a girls' weekend getaway and we had a lovely stay overall. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the deck and hot tub throughout our stay. Couple of small issues: the house is looking a little shabby in some areas - the hot tub cover is torn and pieces are missing around the base; there were a couple of lightbulbs out throughout the house; a closet door is off its hinges and stashed in a closet; a lot of random clutter in closets and cupboards. And we could have used more washclothes and laundry soap pods during our four-night stay. Nothing that would prevent us from staying again, but things that might warrant some attention from the property manager. Also, you might want to give directions for locking they door with the key pad; we just kept trying different combinations until it worked.

Nice golf weekend away!
The unit was clean and well-appointed in the kitchen, with plenty of room for the 4 of us who stayed this weekend. Only down side was the hot tub never did reach a warm-enough temperature to use it beyond a few minutes given the low temperatures outside - cooler than a bath. Squeaky floors were noted, and having to check out by 10:30 was a bit tough, but again, the amenities were fine for a short weekend away!
