Relax and gaze at the beautiful Deschutes River from your deck, or take a short walk to the sports center for year-round activities. This two-level townhouse is conveniently located to enjoy the resort amenities of Eagle Crest or simply stay in by the cozy fireplace and enjoy the expansive view. The kitchen has been updated with newer appliances and is equipped with everything you'll need. The main level bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The upstairs main suite with a balcony has a king bed and a soaking tub with a view too. This home is equipped with the following baby items for use during your stay including; a high chair, booster seat, playpen with basset, and infant backpack. Parking is out in front with one assigned spot and several available on the street. There is a river trail a short walk away and the other biking and hiking trails are nearby. All your favorite Central Oregon activities are only a short drive away.

Perfect for small family
The condo was perfect for our family of 4 to serve as a home base between running around for a full weekend of baseball. Watching the river flow by with deer strolling around is so relaxing. Enjoyed our weekend immensely.

This worked very well for our family of 3. The view of the river is great, and its sound is soothing. The hiking path along the river is very nice.

Very nice property, beautiful view!
We’ve stayed in these condos before, but this one was especially nice, nice updates, king sized bed was super comfy, amazing view off the well furnished deck, we enjoyed barbecuing and just having wine and listening to the River. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved our stay
We had a fantastic Fourth of July weekend. This was a great location. We were back by the river. The home was very nice with all of the accommodations needed. It was easy to find and any time we had questions we would get a quick response, so we were very happy with that. The whole facility was very nice with activity centers, pools and golf courses, lots to do for all ages. We will definitely be back again soon and keep your eye open for bald eagles, as I saw one from the balcony near the river.

The Great Escape
Enjoyed the bird's nest views from the deck. Wonderful set up for cooking-in COVID-style! Enjoyable hike right from your front door. If you are coming to Central Oregon for the natural beauty and not the see and be seen vibe of Sunriver and Bend, this is a fabulous home base for adventure.

Needed a place to stay for a golf tournament and work remotely for a few days before the tournament. Really liked this place. One of the small things that really stood out was that many of the outlets had multiple plug adapters with USB ports incorporated. We had three computers and multiple phones to keep charged and we were never at a loss for outlets.

Amazing quiet location and beautiful view
The location in Eagle Crest is stunning. The view of canyon and river and proximity to the walking trails along the river were outstanding. Master bed was VERY comfortable. Enjoyed the unique floorplan and decor. The unit has great potential but needs some additional attention for higher rating. Poor interior paint job and decals throughout are a distraction, especially woodwork, cabinet paint and large paint spill on deck. A shower curtain to replace a bedroom closet door is substandard. Million dollar view was obscured by main living room blinds that would not stay all the way up. Windows need cleaning. Electrical hazard pointed out to property manager. Slip protection options should be considered on the glazed tile steps in front of the shower. Might have been my mistake, but thought I was instructed to go to main lodge to check in and pay the security deposit prior to receiving the key code. The main lodge reservation desks had no information but were very gracious and helpful. Then I spotted an email with door code access instructions that was sent while I was in transit. Had it been clear that how access would be provided it would have been an efficient method. Summary: I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat were it not for the concerns indicated. My feedback is intended to be constructive and not to be critical of owners personal tastes or standards given this is a rental property.

Awesome sauce

The property had everything we needed. It looks like they are slowly updating the townhome, but still a ways to go. Too much furniture, random in places and housekeeping definately needs to work on dusting and removal of dead bugs. Otherwise it was a great view and pretty darn comfortable. We love eagle crest because it's so central to all the things we enjoy doing. It's a wonderful resort.

Overall property was ok. Biggest disappointment was the broken washing machine. It was majorly inconvenient for our family. No attempts at repair made by owner. Upstairs master bathroom has two sinks, but only one hand towel was provided for the entire week stay. And we couldn’t even wash it because of the broken washing machine. All remotes for TV downstairs had dead batteries. Kitchen had zero dish towels, only one roll of paper towels. There are tons of useless kitchen tools but only one spatula. All bedding is outdated and uncomfortable. Grill was filthy and kitchen ceiling covered in spider webs. Also missing blind in stairwell meant that upstairs door must be closed or entire parking lot can watch your shower. Location was convenient but if you want to wash your clothes or the single provided hand towel I suggest verifying in advance that all major appliances are functioning.

Perfectly Peaceful
This is a calming place, a beautifully decorated and well equipped condominium. The location overlooks the Deschutes River that lulls you to sleep. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. Many things to do at the resort but our personal favorite was walking down by the river. Trailhead not far from the front door. The last night a deer walked through the juniper trees with her two young fawns. We loved our stay here!
