It has 3 bathrooms with showers over 2 levels, a laundry, two TVs, board games, a large open plan kitchen dining area - well equipped with modern appliances, that connect via French doors to the wide, wrap around verandah – a stunning feature of this home. (perfect for the evening show courtesy of the local wildlife). Possums, skinks, kangaroos and a large variety of birds are commonly seen around the house and form part of the Kookaburra Retreat experience. Enjoy summer BBQ’s overlooking the shady yard, creek and dam or a cosy winter stay beside the enormous open fireplace that warms the living area. This house provides plenty of room for two families to share and has a fully fenced garden to contain little tikes and your dog. For those seeking solitude and the chance to reconnect with nature, this home is for you! Please note there is a weak phone signal for some service providers but we have a WIFI at this property. Adult supervision of small children is required around the small, fenced dam situated on the block. No leavers please
