"The staff member was very understanding because our daughter missed her connection flight and had to find a room close to the airport. The receptionist said that MI law prohibits checking in a 19 yo without paperwork. She worked with us to send a responsibility note to make sure that our daughter wasn't out on the street. So appreciative for her understanding!!"
