Stay in an established neighborhood close to shopping, Shasta Lake, and 2.2 miles to Bethrl church . 2 miles to I-5 . 1.8 miles to Raleys superstore. Private Master bedroom and bath , connected to a single-family residence., some walls connect but no one has access to that space but the guest . Guest do not access the main part of the home . Double patio doors provide a separate entrance with queen size bed, updated tiled bathroom, large closet, desk and chair, dining table and two chairs, TV with Apps, microwave, and mini-fridge. WIFI
Private bathroom in the room. Parking on Driveway.

Sorry, no pets ( even special service dogs) no kids, no smoking.

Within 10 mins of Shasta Dam for a tour. Or an hour to the ski lifts.

Perfect get-away
I needed a spot for myself and my daughter to stay while visiting family. Makes a perfect little getaway and i did not have to fight anyone for the shower. I have stayed here before and its very affordable. Driveway parking and quiet neighborhood also.

We enjoyed our stay here as we were passing through Redding on our way to San Francisco. Not only was the space clean, but all the right amenities were provided with a mini fridge, microwave, and plates/utensils.
