Welcome to our secluded, spacious home with a fully fenced, beautifully landscaped backyard, pool & hot tub, covered gazebo with bar and string lights, 2 fire pits with plenty of outdoor furniture. Lots of parking and easy access to I-5 and Hwy 299. This quiet location near Bethel is also about 10 minutes from Bridge Bay at Lake Shasta, and right on the way to Whiskeytown Lake, Mt. Lassen, Burney Falls and all the outdoor adventures that await you and your family in Shasta County.

2 living rooms with plenty of space for large groups to spread out, yet cozy and comfortable for games and conversations around the gas fireplace.

Master with soaring vaulted ceilings, views of the backyard, and your own door that opens to the covered patio and backyard. In addition to the king bed, there’s a flex-chair that opens out into a twin bed.

Fully stocked bright, open kitchen with breakfast bar and large dining room table with seating for 8. Right off the dining room is a door that opens to the covered patio with more seating and gas BBQ.

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, Smart TVs, Wifi and 2 laptop friendly workspaces.

Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the garage.

I am available 24/7 for any needs while you're staying at Sellins View Oasis. When you're not on your trip, I can take up to 48 hours to respond!

Home is located in North East Redding right next to both 299 E and I5 N & S. Which is perfect for all of your Lassen, Shasta and Burney adventures.

It's also a stones throw from the new Bethel Church Campus and about 3 miles from the current Bethel Main Campus.

Both Simpson University and Shasta College are within 3 miles as well.

We’re pet friendly, so bring your furry friends too for a $100 fee.
Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a $100 per pet fee. The second dog will be charged separately.

- The dog is trained not to scratch, chew or go to the bathroom in the house
- You do not ever leave the dog on the property unattended at any time
- You don’t allow them onto any furniture/linens
- You pick up all poo/mess outside
- You confirm that your booking clearly lists the pet
- You pay our $100 per pet fee
