"We enjoyed our stay at this perfectly located beach house, just a short walk to the beach. Very quiet too. The only negative thing was some basics like oven gloves and cloths would be helpful."

"The outside of the property looks quite run down, but the actual apartment itself is beautiful. I could not fault the cleanliness, the beautiful bedlinen and fresh towels, but the bed itself was very uncomfortable and sagged, which made for an unpleasant night sleep. I ended up sleeping on the sofa! We were left no soap or shampoo as advertised, no washing up liquid, although we were left dishwasher tablets for a non-existent dishwasher!! Annoying as had to go out and buy these things. Really...

"My impression of this property was that thought had been put into the furnishings and decor. The bed linen and towels were lovely and clean. The modern kitchen was fully equipped but not a drop of cleaning fluid was provided which was, I think, an oversight."

"Amazing property right in the heart of Saltburn on Sea. It made a great base for myself and my three adult children and partners spend a week together. The facilities were brilliant and the house was warm and inviting. Loved the town being so near to pop out for a coffee int he morning, supermarket stop and possibly a quick drink in the evening. So convenient. Would love to come back."

"Not our first trip to the lovely town of Saltburn. Some nice knick-knacky shops, couple of good cafés, decent sized supermarket and the Guns Bar is well worth a visit for its friendly and knowledgeable staff and great selection of beers. Also recommended is the Min Du on Milton Street is you fancy a takeaway. The house was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed, and all in great condition. Only thing to be aware of is the smallest room is small, just enough space for the double bed...

"We could not have been more happy with our stay at this lovely house. It was absolutely spotless on check in and had everything you could need and more for our stay! We especially liked the tea bags, milk, washing up liquid and toiletries etc. which really helped when we arrived! The area is nice and quiet and the views from the back garden are spectacular!
