Enjoy morning coffee on the private balcony - also the perfect perch for post-hike and apres ski cocktails. In the evenings, cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace. The mighty kitchenette comes equipped with a suite of mid-size appliances, including a dishwasher, to handle home meal planning with ease. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located in the building for added on-site convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Hiking Trip to Red River
The condo was clean and was perfect for our stay. We were just off Main Street and across from a park and visitor center. We arrived and did not use our car again until we had to leave for home. The only downside which is minimal is construction. Company has their main work area across the street so could be a little noisy first thing in the morning. I stay there again.

Horrible communication with the property manager. My husband left behind some important items and we have yet to get a resolution. If the management of said property was not outsourced, we would already have a resolution.

First night we had to sleep on the couch because there was a lot of hairs on the bed. Disgusting down area hairs. And we didn’t have water for almost 2 days. After hiking, fishing, horseback riding. We would of love a shower and use the restroom instead of porta potty a block away. Management just told us to buy water at the store to use the restroom. It was nice to spend our vacation money on water to flush the toilet. (Sarcastic).

Lovely
Lovely property. Location was perfect. Amenities as described. Had a bit of trouble finding the unit and getting inside but the Vacasa agent was very helpful and solved the issue right away. The bed was very comfy. Since there is no AC the fans provided were very helpful. I would recommend the addition of a screen on the sliding door to the balcony so fresh air can be let in without insects. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for sharing
