"Spotless, well-decorated, quiet, and convenient to pretty much all of downtown Eagle. Property owner was very nice and she provided snacks and a few bottles of water on arrival. We didn’t really use the kitchen other than storing a few things in the fridge, which was very clean and appeared new. It also has a washer and dryer and the laundry area was just as spotless as the rest of the townhouse. My only very minor complaint is that the listing isn’t totally accurate. It’s listed as two bedroom and two bath, which it’s not, it’s 1.5 bath, so there’s only one tub/shower (it does show that if you go thru the fine print on amenities, but when you are looking at the main page, it says 2 bath. Also, it shows 2 bedrooms and sofa bed as amenities, suggesting there are two beds AND a sofa bed, when in reality the second bedroom IS the sofa bed. Not a huge deal for some, but if you’re like me and have a hard time getting comfortable on a sofa bed, that might come as an unwelcome surprise. Would be great to adjust the Expedia listing to reflect that more clearly. Other than that, it’s a very nice little place to stay for up to 3 people."

"The house is adorable. The floors had been redone and the appliances were newer. I didn’t expect to have a whole house with a garage for the price we paid! We were happy to find some simple basics such as coffee grounds and some spices in the cupboards. The hosts were easy to contact for additional support. "
