If this hotel cost $200-300 per night, maybe it would have been ok. But I paid over $600 for one night and the lobby was dirty. At night coming back from dinner we were shocked at the dirty cups, candy wrappers all around that nobody was cleaning up. They charge $55 resort fee per day, but the beach chairs are cheap and disgusting dirty. We came here for the private beach experience but it wasn’t private, they searched my bag and nothing upscale about it at all. On the day we checked out at 11, we were told we can’t use the spa showers or changing rooms before heading home. We were told to use the outdoor shower and change in the bathroom which was very far from clean. Overall, a 3 star experience that was very subpar and absolutely not worth the money.

We stayed at Waves for two nights, the stuff is very friendly. We arrived at 2 pm and our room was ready.Keep in mind that parking is not included and valet parking is $55 per night.Pool area is nice and also have bar and food options to pick from. Downstairs is a restaurant as well and a bar at the lobby but for some reason drinks there a very expensive. I was charged $31 for vodka and club soda drink.The location of the property is the best , it’s right on the beach and has boardwalk right outside with a lot of food and shops options.

Hotel is clean and well maintained! The staff is great, attentive and friendly. The street noise esp at night is loud, the exterior of the hotel rooms have little to no sound proofing you hear everything!!!! If you like a good nights sleep, this is def NOT the hotel to stay at. It is also dog friendly and at 5 am a dog was barking the owner quickly rectified it but the hotel should have specific parts of the hotel just for dogs

Resort is beautiful!! Clean and staff is very friendly! In a great location. Can walk to all the restaurants and stores on pier village. Great views and service on private beach access. Two things that can change is providing outdoor Furniture for the balcony and including parking during your stay. This is not a cheap resort by any means. i feel with the resort fees and general price per night, parking should be included. Otherwise 10/10 resort!

The bed is awful. It tilts when you sleep on it, and it makes you feel half of the body is sunken into the cushion. The pillow was stiff and uncomfortable too. The facility has almost no gym but it still charged expansive resort fee. There were no room services after noon time, and no staff picked up the phone. The charge of parking was 60-80 a night. Really did not expect that an over $700 resort to be this bad.

The Wave Resort offers a fantastic view of the ocean, an incredible location near excellent dining and shopping and most of all, an amazing staff. From our welcome with Aiden, to our check-in with Taylor (and another lovely gentleman for whom I did not catch a name), what a wonderful place!
