"Nice hotel on the outskirts of Lugo. Convenient to get into town or to access highways out of town. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, a good experience!"

"the dining room is the only eating option without a car. The main waitress is excellent and efficient. Her helper was terrible - passive-aggressive, openly refusing requests for a menu. We were about to leave after 20 minutes, when the experienced waitress took over - but it left a bad taste. some people are better suited to not work with the public :)"

"We had originally booked this place and the owner came and met us to say the heating wasn’t working. He immediately moved us to another hotel down the street to ensure that we had a safe and comfortable stay. We felt taken care of and he provided some options for breakfast and how to begin the Camino the next day. "
