Disgusting Place! HORRIVEL!
Service terrible, room extremely disgusting. We will never go back to that place and it shouldn't be listed on Hotel.com. Shame on it!

Arrived at 12.30, booking said check in was from 12 but we had to wait until 2pm. When we finally got the room we sat on the bed and it was like hard wood. We had to flip the mattress which turned out there was a big stain. It was unbearable to sleep on the wood so we slept with the stain (covered with sheet). Drains in bathroom were closed so when we had a shower the place flooded. We had to mop everything with the towels provided. Doubt this room had been used for a while. Lots of Cockroaches in the corridors and stairs. Breakfast staff were in their own world. Taking plates from people still sat down but not cleaning empty tables whilst people were waiting to sit. One waiter walked through the doors to the outside area and he just let the door swing into me, luckily another guest came to help. The whole experience was like this. Wanted room service one night and were told there was a problem in the kitchen and would have to go to the restaurant. So we had to order an expensive meal instead of the snacks that we couldve had in room service. I asked the waiter to bring the food to the room as we didnt want to eat in the restaurant with a party going on. He at first refused but after much deliberation agreed. He brought the nicely presented food out and then placed them in carrier bags which the food stuck to. If you dont mind low standards then this cheaper option is for you. Didnt take pictures here as nothing worth remembering. Just one of the dim dark corridor.

The lock is in very bad condition, the bathroom has weird stains, booked a couple room and was given two single beds, valet service is extremelly cordial but the attendant at the desk could develop her cordiality.

Best of a bad lot in cheaper range in Boa Viagem!
Have stayed here many times and it gets more n more dilapidated Very courteous staff. Great pool.Rooms do not merit 1star. Internet non existent except in lobby. Neighbourhood very dodgy. Only redeeming feature is Chica Pitanga restaurant on the corner. Best self service in Boa Viagem

Very dated bedroom - location was good though
Hotel is really dated - especially the bedroom. Bathroom was really old - I felt like I was at a cheap motel. Breakfast was good though. Pool is also nice. Location was really nice. My only issue was how dated the bedroom was.

Infelizmente o atendimento é péssimo no começo no chuveiro não estava com água quente fiz o pedido para arrumar ninguém foi no meu quarto esperei por uma hora alguém resolveu meu problema ninguém resolveu tive que descer na recepção e fazer uma reclamação assim me der outro quarto pedi um secador de cabelo para mim esposa o secador não foi até meu quarto todas as águas do meu quarto todas as garrafas estavam abertas mau atendimento não volto mais Frigo bar vazio Café-da-manhã é muito fraco Cada água mineral do quarto muito cara cinco reais cada sem contar com elevador não estava funcionando

Hotel com preço de pousada
Apesar de sucateado, os funcionarios fazem o maior esforço para atender os hóspedes conforme um hotel, anteriormente, de luxo, quartos razoaveis, local excelente, garagem e wi-fi bons, mas o cafe da manha deixa a desejar, limpeza aceitável, mas o atendimento dos esforçados funcionários, fazem a diferença.

Horrível
Um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei mais abriu falência , tinha apenas dois andares funcionando , não tem bar , não tem serviço de quarto , Não tem nada no Frigobar , o café de buteco com uma média e pão na chapa é melhor , com tristeza que falo que não tem condições de hospedar mais ! Espero que vendam o hotel para talvez voltar a ser a referência que já foi

Foi uma das piores experiências na vida dos convidados que trouxe, inclusive um internacional. O Hotel está em recuperação judicial, com empregados com 3 meses de salários atrasados. Este site deveria parar de vender este hotel. ABSURDO!!! O convidado internacional eu tive que transferir para o MAR HOTEL.

O Hotel é muito ruim, velho, mal conservado, precisando de reforma urgente, mal cheiro geral, cheira velho, recepção cheirando cachorro molhado. Vazamento por todos os lados. Tinha pombas no teto do box do banheiro. Funcionários mal humorados, uniformizados como mafiosos. Café da manhã horrível, restaurante sempre sujo, chão grudento. Piscina descascando, horrorosa. Pior hotel que já estive.

Pessima hotel sujo corredor escuro com várias lâmpadas queimadas, banheiro cheio de baratas, colocaram um prego no ralo do banheiro onde machuquei o pe, pedimos um secador mais sem retorno, na hora de pegar o carro que estava na garagem que tive q pagar do hotel tive que esperar uns 20 minutos pois não sabiam onde é com quem estava a chave, café da manhã pessimo sem opções , além de que o banheiro estava precário o uso com revestimentos quebrados o teto de forró PVC estava todo solto , roupa de cama encardida e cama dura. Não indico pra ninguém é o hotéis.com devia de tirar esta opções aos seus clientes

O hotel apenas para dormir, é bom. O café da manhã é muito ruim para pagar 25 reais, a menos de 100 metros, você toma um café da manhã ótimo por 15 reais. O Wifi não funciona nos quartos, somente na recepção.

Fiquei hospedado com minha namorada durante 04 dias para curtir uma folga. O hotel é bem em conta, mas ao chegar você sente o cheiro de mofo. Hotel antigo e que não fez nenhum tipo de limpeza mais profunda ou mesmo um retoque na instalação. Você consegue ver que está deteriorado pelo tempo. O café da manhã é muito gostoso. A piscina é boa. O quarto é mais ou menos. Já fiquei em quartos mais confortáveis. O banheiro deixou um pouco a desejar, a torneira da pia era muito fraca.

Muito ruim , o recepcionista mau humorado dá noite um sr e não nos deu o quarto que eu reservei e o ar estava quebrado e chuveiro não funcionou , nos deu um cartão descarregado que tivemos de vista a recepção e depois trocar de quanto é aí dá assim a tv só ti há desenho pra assistir e o ar bem precário . Bem como vou sempre vou procurar escolher melhor pois. Só foram duas noites que dormi e não foi barato e eu preferi está em casa , pois acho que o hotel é sempre o nosso segundo lar . O café dá manda muito bom os garçons agradáveis. É isso.

Mala experiencia, no nos andaba la canilla de agua ni el botón del ascensor a nuestro piso. Sabanas sucias, techo del baño roto. Olor a humedad en la habitación. Mala atención de los empleados.

O hotel tem odor quase que insuportável e mofo, troquei de quarto mais o problema não foi resolvido, o serviço também não dos melhores aliás péssimo, café da manhã ruim fomos por mais de uma vez maltratados por um empregado do hotel, pedi pra guardar meu carro na garagem eles colocaram na rua sem me avisar, a chuveiro não tinha água quente, por mais de uma vez reclamei com a gerencia mais não tive retorno nenhum. não recomendo, não vale a pena pelo preço péssimo hotel.
