O atendimento de todos os funcionĆ”rios foi excelente, sempre extremamente cordiais. Era este o Ćŗnico ponto positivo da pousada, em minha opiniĆ£o. Limpeza: muito ruim - mesmo apĆ³s limpeza do quarto o mesmo permanecia com aspecto de sujo, mal cheiroso. O banheiro era o pior, totalmente encardido Estrutura: mĆ³veis velhos, lenĆ§Ć³is sujos e toalhas encardidos. Ar condicionado barulhento. Eles utilizam Ć”gua de poƧo, com isso atĆ© para escovar os dentes a Ć”gua tinha sabor desagradĆ”vel CafĆ© da manhĆ£: razoĆ”vel Itens restaurante: todos bons e frescos. Era notĆ”vel que as porƧƵes, lanches eram feitos na hora Em um dos dias ficamos sem Ć”gua a noite, tendo que dormir sem a possibilidade de tomar banho. No momento do check in um dos quartos do nosso grupo estava infestado de marimbondos, sendo que em 20 minutos matamos cerca de 10. ApĆ³s reclamaĆ§Ć£o na recepĆ§Ć£o ocorreu a troca de quarto

A experiĆŖncia na pousada Unai foi maravilhosa. Se vocĆŖ espera um ambiente tranquilo, aconchegante, acolhedor e confortĆ”vel, vai encontrar lĆ”. Fomos muito bem atendidos, o ambiente muito limpo e bem cuidado, o cafĆ© da manhĆ£ variado em opƧƵes e o quarto confortĆ”vel.
