The place was not very clean and the toilet seat was reinstalled with undersized screws and then packed with silicone what a joke to get a drink at the bar when no one is there took 20 minutes pluse the room had an Oder would not stay there again

Worth it for the experience and breach front!

When I arrived with my kids they helped me to check in. After I saw the bedroom, which was not with a smart tv and the ac wasn't working, they send someone to see it. Downstairs, I spoke to Eduardo, and he was very diligent to find us another accommodation that would provide the comfort and needs we had. The costumer service provided by him was above and beyond! I had previously spoke to stuff members and they weren’t concerned about costumer satisfaction and the costumers needs, when Eduardo accommodated to make the customers happy. I love the restaurant, the food is delicious, the breakfast is amazing, stuff friendly and respectful. Ac amazing, the bed was comfortable and clean sheets. They also provided more pillows and towels as I needed. I have nothing negative to say! View is breathtaking.

O Hotel deveria chamar Meia Laranja, a parte do Restaurante e Café da manhã É Excelente, com pessoas Polidas e Educadas como Sra. Renata e Rosangela. Já a parte da hospedagem conta com pessoal tosco no check-in, ficam de costas para a porta , e têm desatenção com os hóspedes. O quarto tinha as duas pias entupidas, e levou Onze dias para desentupir. O vaso sanitário estava solto, e vazava deixando odor péssimo, pedimos solução e nada. Um elevador ficou Cinco dias para efetuar o Conserto. Uma placa do teto caiu na entrada , e demorou Seis diad dias para Consertar. A TV era muito.ruim para Selecionar os Canais. Enfim, é um empreendimento que esqueceram da Manutenção, e isso é facilmente detectável com uma Manutenção Periódica. Ou seja, é a outra metade da Laranja que já chegou no bagaço. Muito triste, pois gente sentada na mesa não vê nada. Lembrando, até na piscina tem manchas verdes, denotando Falta de Limpeza.

Excelente hotel, fiquei no quarto superluxo com uma vista de tirar o fôlego, simplesmente perfeito. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente, limpo, bem arejado, café da manhã uma delícia, omeletes e tapiocas de vários sabores preparados na hora que a gente pede. Enfim, me hospedaria de novo e recomendo.

O hotel é bem localizado, beira-mar da Praia de Boa Viagem. Ele é organizado. Quarto espaçoso. Café da manhã bom. Restaurante bom. Os funcionários são educados e solícitos. Agora, como pontos negativos, eu não gostei muito da cama, os lençóis e travesseiros estavam manchados, o ar-condicionado ficava pingando dentro o quarto e o chuveiro não tinha água quente.

Foram reservados 4 quartos. Em 3 deles, havia baratas, problemas com encanamento (água suja nos banheiros, descarga não funcionava) e limpeza precária. Café da manhã simples, com reposição. Hotel em frente a praia, a 2 quadras de mercados, farmácias.

Precisa de melhorias

O hotel está em um ponto excelente da praia de Boa Viagem e possui uma equipe muito atenciosa, entretanto, precisa melhorar em muitos aspectos. O quarto em que ficamos estava bastante sujo (para se ter uma ideia, perto do frigobar tinha um bolinho de cabelo e muito pó). O ar condicionado pingou o tempo todo e, como está instalado acima da porta do banheiro, fez uma poça de água amarelada, causando risco de queda, considerando que o piso molhado fica bastante escorregadio. Um verdadeiro perigo, principalmente para idosos e crianças. Além disso, o quarto tem um leve cheiro de mofo, provavelmente, vindo do ar condicionado. O box do banheiro precisa de manutenção urgente, vários pontos de metais estão muito oxidados. Apesar de possuir vários elevadores, apenas dois estavam funcionando, o que faz com que nos horários de pico, o tempo de espera para subir ou descer seja bastante longo. Sinceramente, fiquei bastante decepcionada, principalmente, considerando que é um hotel classificado com quatro estrelas.
