Uma surpresa ruim, infelizmente...
Houve um problema na comunicação entre o site hoteis.com e o hotel, que simplesmente desconhecia a nossa reserva. Detalhe: o hotel estava lotado! Havia outra família (de estrangeiros) que estava com o mesmo problema. Providenciaram um quarto de categoria inferior para nós até que houvesse a liberação de um bangalô, o que só aconteceu às 23:00h. Tentaram nos compensar permitindo o late checkout. O hotel tem unidades de proprietários particulares e acho que essa mistura atrapalha um pouco a questão dos serviços, que se mostraram insuficientes na situação de lotação completa. A qualidade da estrutura se encontra na grande área de piscina e na praia à frente. Porém a área para crianças resume-se a 1 escorrego que se perde na área molhada. O salão de jogos funciona com máquinas terceirizadas e pagas separadamente, só que os donos não apareceram para repor e vender as fichas, não sendo possível utilizá-las no período em que estivemos hospedados. O bangalô é bastante espaçoso, mas não dispunha de pratos, copos e talheres para seu melhor aproveitamento. A TV a cabo não pega canais infantis. Dentre os hotéis da região, há outras opções melhores.
