"Place was a little difficult to find, parking is tight, almost impossible to find 1 of our 3 nights, place is basic, outdated, and doesn’t have air conditioning. There was 1 non working unit by front door, bedrooms in lower level didn’t have air. Luckily the weather was very good and we didn’t need during the night. Church bells ring every 30 mins until 12:30a, starting at 6:00a. Neighbors are loud in the morning when we were trying to sleep in. No oven, wood for pizza oven was wet and not...

"The house is lovely. It's nice and big and we could spread out. The Property manager made sure we had everything we needed. But there are some drawbacks. The bathrooms don't have regular showers. Four of the five bathrooms have handheld showers in a bathtub which is a little difficult for Americans who are not used to it. The lighting in the kitchen is very poor and we like to cook. The utensils and pots and pans were also not great, and made it difficult to cook."

"The views from the villa are something else. If like me, you like taking pictures of the sunset then this is the place to stay. We travelled by train to Pisa and that was easy and straight forward. We used the villa as a base and went exploring."

"The place was very comfortable, even for a large group. The outdoor patio had several seating areas, which i enjoyed. We were glad to find it was near a Tossini focacceria and a Carefour market. It was a great base for exploring all around Liguria!"

"We stayed with a group from age 3 to 78. The property was huge and beautiful to explore, the pool was cleaned daily, and patios were perfect for dinners. The 2BR poolhouse was perfect for the family with toddlers. We had a perfect view of 3 nights of fireworks for Signora di Montellegro. We did hear the noise from the firing range nearby, but it wasn't that loud and didn't bother anyone in our group. "Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit miteinander verbracht mit Wanderungen, Wochenmärkten, Kochen, Boulespielen und Ausflügen nach Santa Maria und Portofino. Wir sind mit dem Nachtzug von München bis Santa Maria gefahren. Die Busse in beide Richtungen fahren stündlich vor der Haustür. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und Camogli ist wunderschön. Der Garten ist mit Sonnenschein und schattigen Plätzen sehr schön. Wir haben auf der Terrasse unter dem blühenden Blauregen gegessen."
