"Very helpfull and utterly kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. There is a huge swimming pool and a warm one. Nature does the rest: the lake and surroundings are spectacular with many possible activities. Perhaps some options are a bit overpriced."

"This is a tranquil location yet in the center of wonderful mid-level Pozzuoli. Parking is a very important plus to this part of Italy and our vehicle has always been secure. You can walk to restaurants, shops, a Roman colosseum, the port area, and public transportation. Staff are great, as well."

"Staff is helpful. In room air conditioner was ice cold and absolutely essential this summer. Cafe and pizzeria right onsite, complementary breakfast get a cup of espresso and have a pastry. Had a refrigerator in the room as well."

"The property is unsuitable for many reasons; Not once was my room cleaned. Reception staff do not speak both italian and english there is one person who speaks english and works part time. Breakfast is not a buffet, there is toast and an option of stale pastries. The rooms are not sound proof, if you dont like to sleep then stay here because you can hear absolutely everything, people coming up and down the stairs the person next door phone notifications, not to mention the hotel do absolutely...

"The positives: we had everything we needed, the room was clean and stocked, the air conditioning worked nicely which is important in southern Italy, and Monica was great. She was very responsive and helpful and even got someone to help us with our bags up to the room when we arrived. The mini fridge was welcome also for storing beverages. Everything was clean and orderly. The negatives or unexpected things: this isn't a hotel, it's really an airbnb type situation. There is no front desk and the...
