Access to two private ponds of 60 and 30 ares with zander, carp, tench, roach, black bass with fishing hut and boat. Terraced house with a living/dining room, a landing serving as an office, a bedroom with two single beds, two bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom, private toilet, a kitchen and a utility room.

Outside, at the front a courtyard with terrace, at the back a small terrace. Access to shared garden. The exteriors are currently being fitted out.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed and bathroom linen for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash cans), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption.
