Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. "It could use some updating but met all our expectations. They were very nice and accommodating. It was close to the lake with direct access. We had a few ants but they came quickly and sprayed all around the wall base and that took care of them. The kitchen had most all necessary items however there was no oven. In our apartment the parking was to small for our vehicle but they offered alternate parking close by. We went to Venice by train and Verona by car. "

"We were quite satisfied with our stay here. The apartments are a good size and our premium apartment had everything we needed. Most importantly the AC worked well and was able to keep the whole place cool. The 3 pools are all a good size and various depths to meet all needs.
