About the property
This beautiful farmhouse has been passionately restored by the owners in an elegant and rustic country style. With two separate living areas and bedrooms that are havens of tranquillity, the house is perfect for a large group of family or friends. Surrounded by beautiful farmland (the farmhouse is part of the owners' farm) and with a 1 acre private garden with lawns, patio areas and a tennis court, this is an ideal place to enjoy a slice of peaceful Hampshire countryside. What's more, breakfast is available (at an extra cost) if you'd like to take things really easy, while the farm's chef can be hired to cater for a special occasion.
The space
The Farmhouse has been furnished and decorated with antique and locally sourced furniture and furnishings which blend beautifully with handpicked artwork.
There's a large kitchen/dining space and two further receptions rooms for relaxing. A beautiful private garden awaits leading from the kitchen/dining room where you will find an extensive garden lawn with tennis courts at the rear.
If you don't feel like cooking dinner, the farm's chef can be hired to plan, prepare and cook a private dining menu.
There are seven bedrooms, each one individually decorated in the ‘house style' which emphasises local and personal touches.
On the first floor there are five double bedrooms, three of which are en-suite with a further family bathroom. On the second floor there is a fabulous triple room with single beds and a beautiful double room.
Need more space? There are two separate properties at the farm, The Barnhouse and The Farmhouse which can be booked separately or together. You can also add a small, beautifully decorated, stand alone building for an additional two guests staying at either property. It has an en-suite shower room with tea and coffee facilities and a small fridge. The larger communal areas of the farm can be used with prior consent from the owners.
Hosting an event? There are two further large barns at the farm each with a capacity for 140 guests, plus a bar, an outside barn, parts of the grounds and an on-site catering service available - the ideal solution for a sophisticated, mid-week corporate event.

Guest access
The owners will greet you on arrival and show you into the property. A housekeeper is usually on site during the day. There may be other guests at the site as the farm estate also hosts corporate events and workshops.
Sustainability
The property has adopted many environmentally friendly measures including composting garden waste, recycling and replacing plastic where possible. The property also supports a native species planting scheme and encourages its rare breed sheep to mow the lawns ‘naturally'.
If you hire the farm's chef, ingredients sourced from the kitchen garden or foraged from the farmland, along with produce from local suppliers, will be used.
If you'd like to offset the carbon emissions from your trip, get in touch and we can arrange this for a small fee.

Children must be supervised at all times in the garden due to the pond and the lake in the grounds.
Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.
Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £1,000 prior to their stay.
